Set-Up

You're in business doing what you love and what you're good at, which probably doesn't include your (yawn or shudder) bookkeeping and financial tracking. Making that first step to get everything organized and set-up can be a daunting task.

We work with clients in Intuit's QuickBooks. We'll organize and input your records from prior months or years to get you current and on your way – even teach you the software. We'll also set-up your paper files to organize your receipts and statements.

Set-up includes:

Customized chart of accounts (income and expense items)
Receivables: customer list, invoices and deposits
Payables: vendor list and bill pay
Financial reports
Record keeping: receipts, invoices, statements and clients
